Position: Full-Stack Developer

As we enter a new phase of growth, we're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to take full ownership of our platform. This is a unique chance to join us at the ground level, influence the product, and play a key role in shaping our team and operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to manage the FASH app across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. This role involves both backend and frontend development, DevOps, integrations, and working closely with the founding team. You will start as the sole developer, taking full ownership of the app, and later, you will have the opportunity to lead the hiring and growth of your technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain development across iOS (React Native), Android, and Web (React.js)

• Manage backend infrastructure using Ruby on Rails

• Oversee deployments, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring

• Integrate and maintain third-party services including Firebase, Tap Payments, Twilio, PostGrid, Zendesk, Apple Developer Console, and Google Cloud Console

• Collaborate with the founders to prioritize and implement new features

• Monitor app performance, address bugs, and ensure smooth app store submissions

• Plan and support future technical hiring and team growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React Native, and React.js

• Solid experience with e-commerce applications, shopping flows, and payment integration

• Strong background in DevOps, deployments, and app performance monitoring

• Must be based in Kuwait and available for full-time in-office work

• High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing tech platforms

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and think strategically

• Strong interest in product development and long-term business growth
