Open Vacancies:

1. Operations Manager

• Responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple units, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
•  The ideal candidate should be able to manage teams, implement procedures, and evaluate performance metrics. 
• The role involves continuous improvement of operational systems and ensuring compliance with company standards.
•  The Operations Manager must be results-driven and capable of managing KPIs and operational goals.
•  Experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or FSR (Full Service Restaurant) concepts is preferred.
•  Budget management, supply chain coordination, and strategic planning are key aspects of this role.
•  Strong communication skills are crucial for cross-departmental collaboration.

2. Area Manager

• Oversees the performance of several branches within a geographic area.
•  This role demands leadership skills to coach and guide branch managers, ensuring they meet targets and follow corporate standards.
•  The Area Manager will frequently travel between locations, evaluate operations, and offer strategic advice.
•  Ideal candidates should have a background in the food and beverage or retail sectors, with experience in both operations and sales.

3. Catering Manager

• Experience in large-scale catering operations is a plus.

4. Restaurant Manager

• Manages all aspects of a single restaurant location.

•  The Restaurant Manager is the face of the brand at the branch level.
•  Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required. 
• The role includes scheduling shifts, handling complaints, and managing operational budgets.

5. Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Supports the Restaurant Manager in daily tasks, staff supervision, and customer service.
•  This role is ideal for individuals with leadership potential looking to grow into a managerial position.
•  Duties include managing shifts, training new staff, and helping meet sales targets.
•  Flexibility and a customer-first mindset are key.

6. Procurement Officer

• Manages purchasing of goods and services. 
• The Procurement Officer identifies suppliers, negotiates contracts, and ensures timely delivery. 
• This role requires market research, cost analysis, and inventory monitoring.
•  Candidates should be detail-oriented and skilled in communication.
•  Experience in supply chain or logistics is desirable.

7. Logistics Coordinator

8. Maintenance Supervisor

9. Maintenance Technician

• Performs repairs and routine maintenance.

10. Field Service Cashier

• Handles point-of-sale transactions in mobile or field-based locations.

• The cashier should be trustworthy, efficient, and well-organized.
•  Prior retail or food service experience is an advantage.

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field

5. مساعد مدير المطعم

• يدعم مدير المطعم في المهام اليومية، والإشراف على الموظفين، وخدمة العملاء.

8. مشرف الصيانة

• يقود فريقًا من الفنيين ويتأكد من أن جميع المعدات والمرافق تعمل بشكل جيد.

• يجب أن يكون أمين الصندوق جديرًا بالثقة، وكفؤًا، ومنظمًا جيدًا.
•  تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة أو خدمة الأغذية ميزة إضافية.
