Zero Carb is a dynamic and growing restaurant brand in Kuwait, and we are looking for a skilled Area Manager to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction across multiple locations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer satisfaction and service standards across all restaurant locations.

• Manage staff hiring, training, and development to ensure a high-performing team.

• Maintain communication with staff and management to ensure operational efficiency.

• Ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly and meet quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during daily operations.

• Work closely with senior management to implement strategies for growth and improvement.

• Monitor inventory and ensure adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and satisfaction skills.

• Excellent hiring, communication, and team management abilities.

• Proven experience in food & beverage management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على رضا العملاء ومعايير الخدمة عبر جميع مواقع المطعم.

• إدارة عمليات التوظيف، التدريب، وتطوير الموظفين لضمان فريق عالي الأداء.

• الحفاظ على الاتصال بين الموظفين والإدارة لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية.

• ضمان سير عمليات الطعام والشراب بسلاسة وموافقتها لمعايير الجودة.

• حل المشكلات التي قد تنشأ أثناء العمليات اليومية.

• العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة العليا لتنفيذ استراتيجيات النمو والتحسين.

• مراقبة المخزون وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة.
