AFCAP V OCN/LN Kuwait: Escort (Secret Clearance)
Responsibilities
- Escorts un-cleared personnel into areas and monitors personnel while performing work.
- Logs in and out all Local National (LN) /Other Country National (OCN) contractors and counts personnel before and after they perform duties; notifies appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
- Monitors LN/OCN work until it is completed for the day and the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensures LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband (i.e., weapons, drugs, etc.).
- Ensures all local base escorting policies are followed by LN/OCNs workforce.
- Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
Project Engineer I
Mandatory Requirements
- B. Sc. Eng from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 15 years post graduation total experience
- 10 years minimum experience post qualification in Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry, with exposure to heavy oil projects
- 5 years of minimum experience in related designation / specialty.
- Must have proven track record of managing and leading teams for large sized projects in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in the heavy oil production
- Must have demonstrated ability of effective functioning in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the Middle East.
Project Engineer I
Mandatory requirement
- B. Sc. Eng Degree
- Minimum 15 years post-graduation total experience
- 10 years minimum experience post qualification in Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry, with exposure to heavy oil projects
- 5 years of minimum experience as senior project engineer
- Must have proven track record of managing and leading teams for large sized projects in the Oil & Gas industry
- Must have demonstrated ability of effective functioning in a multi-cultural environment, preferably in the Middle East

المسؤوليات
- مرافقة الأفراد غير الحاصلين على تصريح بالدخول إلى المناطق ومراقبة الأفراد أثناء أداء العمل.
- يقوم بتسجيل دخول وخروج جميع المقاولين المحليين والوطنيين (LN) /الوطنيين من بلد آخر (OCN) ويقوم بإحصاء الموظفين قبل وبعد قيامهم بواجباتهم؛ ويقوم بإخطار الموظفين المناسبين بعدد الأشخاص والمركبات التي يتم مرافقتها.
- يقوم بمراقبة عمل LN/OCN حتى اكتماله لهذا اليوم ويتم تطهير منطقة العمل من قبل أفراد الحماية العسكرية المدربين وخروج جميع LNs/OCNs من القاعدة و/أو العودة إلى المعسكرات.
- التأكد من أن LN/OCNs لا يجلبون إلى القاعدة أي مواد محظورة أو غير قانونية (مثل الأسلحة والمخدرات وما إلى ذلك).
- التأكد من أن القوى العاملة في LN/OCNs تتبع جميع سياسات مرافقة القاعدة المحلية.
- العمل على تهدئة المشاكل بشكل مستمر من خلال التواصل بطريقة احترافية وسريعة.
مهندس مشروع الأول
المتطلبات الإلزامية
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة.
- الحد الأدنى 15 سنة من الخبرة الإجمالية بعد التخرج
- 10 سنوات خبرة على الأقل بعد الحصول على المؤهل في صناعة النفط والغاز أو التكرير أو البتروكيماويات، مع التعرض لمشاريع النفط الثقيل
- 5 سنوات من الخبرة على الأقل في المسمى الوظيفي / التخصص ذي الصلة.
- يجب أن يكون لديه سجل حافل في إدارة وقيادة الفرق للمشاريع الكبيرة الحجم في صناعة النفط والغاز، وخاصة في إنتاج النفط الثقيل
- يجب أن يكون لديه القدرة على الأداء الفعال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في الشرق الأوسط.
مهندس مشروع الأول

- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة
- الحد الأدنى 15 سنة من الخبرة الإجمالية بعد التخرج
- 10 سنوات خبرة على الأقل بعد الحصول على المؤهل في صناعة النفط والغاز أو التكرير أو البتروكيماويات، مع التعرض لمشاريع النفط الثقيل
