Under general supervision, receives moderate guidance on work priority. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of services. Evaluates service execution for compliance to contract, schedule, cost budgets, and quality. Advises team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors in reference to scope of work. Informs team of updates to safety rules and procedures. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 7 years of experience.

تحت إشراف عام، يتلقى توجيهًا معتدلًا بشأن أولويات العمل. يقود عملية إنشاء الهيكل التنظيمي والعمليات اللازمة لتنفيذ متطلبات الخدمات بالكامل، وهو مسؤول عن تنفيذها. يُقيّم تنفيذ الخدمات للتأكد من امتثاله للعقد والجدول الزمني وميزانيات التكاليف والجودة. يُقدم المشورة للفريق بشأن الوضع والمشاكل والآثار والمخاطر وعوامل تأثير التكلفة فيما يتعلق بنطاق العمل. يُبلغ الفريق بالتحديثات المتعلقة بقواعد وإجراءات السلامة. يشترط الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها وخبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات.
