Photocopier technician
- · Computer and analytical skill.
- · Prior experience in maintenance & repair of multifunctional photocopy machines & printer is preferred.
- · Ability to troubleshoot & think independently.
- · Ability to train end users.
- · Possess excellent customer service and communication skill
- · Provide accurate feedback with close calls information, parts usage reporting and customer meter reading
- · Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error free
- · Must be able to solve problems, comprehend technical information and communicate effectively.
- · Experience 2 to 3 years. Freshers with degree in similar field can apply.
- · Driving license is a plus.

- · مهارات الحاسوب والتحليل.
- · يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في صيانة وإصلاح آلات التصوير متعددة الوظائف والطابعات.
- · القدرة على حل المشكلات والتفكير بشكل مستقل.
- · القدرة على تدريب المستخدمين النهائيين.
- · امتلاك مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل
- · تقديم ملاحظات دقيقة مع معلومات المكالمات الوثيقة وتقارير استخدام الأجزاء وقراءة عداد العملاء
- · إكمال جميع الجوانب الإدارية للوظيفة في الوقت المحدد وبدون أخطاء
- · يجب أن يكون قادرًا على حل المشكلات وفهم المعلومات الفنية والتواصل بشكل فعال.
- خبرة من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات. يمكن للخريجين الجدد الحاصلين على شهادات في مجال مماثل التقديم.
- · رخصة القيادة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
