Senior Accountant (MEP Company Experienced)
Details
As a Senior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with project managers to create and manage detailed project budgets. Responsibilities include invoice preparation, cash flow forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for auditing and compliance purposes. You’ll ensure financial transparency while identifying risks and cost-saving opportunities throughout each construction phase.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Certification in construction accounting preferred

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in accounting, with proven work in MEP construction projects

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)

In-depth knowledge of construction cost accounting and procedures

Excellent mathematical, analytical, and reporting skills

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data management

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

سيتولى المتقدم الناجح مسؤوليات مالية شاملة تتعلق بإدارة تكاليف المشاريع، إعداد الفواتير، تحليل التدفق النقدي، وضمان الامتثال للتقارير الضريبية والتدقيقية. كما سيتعاون مع فرق المشروع لتقديم تحليلات مالية استراتيجية تدعم التنفيذ الناجح للمشاريع.
الشروط

حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية

يفضل وجود شهادة متخصصة في المحاسبة للمشاريع أو شركات المقاولات

خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل ضمن شركات المقاولات الكهربائية والميكانيكية

إجادة استخدام البرامج المحاسبية مثل QuickBooks وNetSuite
-
معرفة ممتازة بتكاليف البناء وإجراءات المحاسبة للمشاريع

مهارات قوية في التحليل الرياضي والانتباه للتفاصيل

القدرة على التواصل والعمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات

التعامل مع عدة مهام بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع
