• يُفضل الحصول على اعتماد من المؤسسة العامة للرعاية السكنية (PAHW).

• إجادة استخدام أجهزة المختبر والقيام بالفحوصات الفنية للمواد.

• الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل من المهارات الأساسية.
