We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in the following positions:

✔️ Call Center Manager

As a Call Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of agents, setting performance metrics, and improving the overall customer experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must.

✔️ General Accountant
The General Accountant will handle financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial statements. Knowledge of accounting software and attention to detail are essential for this role.

✔️ Cost Controller

As a Cost Controller, you will monitor and manage the company’s cost-related activities, ensuring expenses are within the allocated budget. You will work closely with the finance team to track and report on costs and provide insights for cost-saving opportunities.

✅ F&B Industry Experience Preferred

سيقوم المحاسب العام بإدارة المعاملات المالية، والحفاظ على السجلات المالية الدقيقة، والمساعدة في إعداد البيانات المالية. المعرفة ببرامج المحاسبة والانتباه للتفاصيل أمران أساسيان لهذا الدور.

✔️ مراقب التكاليف

سيقوم مراقب التكاليف بمراقبة وإدارة الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتكاليف في الشركة، وضمان أن النفقات ضمن الميزانية المحددة. ستعمل عن كثب مع فريق المالية لتتبع التكاليف والإبلاغ عنها وتقديم رؤى لفرص توفير التكاليف.
