In total, NOMAC is responsible for the operation of a portfolio of 20,300 MW of power generation and 3.6 million cubic meters per day of desalinated water production. NOMAC is the largest private sector potable water producer using desalination process in the world. NOMAC contributes 40% of water and 15% of electricity of total Saudi Arabia’s Demand.
We are privileged to be responsible for the O&M of some of the largest plants ever built in the world, including the largest MSF plant, the largest Combined Cycle and Concentrated Solar Power project. Currently the company has full operational responsibility major projects, regionally and worldwide; operating successful ongoing projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Oman, Morocco, South Africa, Egypt and others in Turkey, Bulgaria, and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
Government Relations & Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-level government officials, including ministers, key regulators, and decision-makers within Kuwait’s power, finance, and investment sectors.
- Navigate governmental processes and procedures to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in discussions with local authorities, stakeholders, and partners to align business goals with government policies and initiatives.
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead and drive the company’s strategy in Kuwait, aligning it with regional objectives and global goals.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, including market expansion, investment opportunities, and partnerships in the power, finance, and investment sectors.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure that the company’s presence in Kuwait continues to grow and maintain a competitive edge.

العلاقات الحكومية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة:
- تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين، بما في ذلك الوزراء والهيئات التنظيمية الرئيسية وصناع القرار في قطاعات الطاقة والمالية والاستثمار في الكويت.
- التنقل بين العمليات والإجراءات الحكومية لضمان سير العمليات التجارية بسلاسة والامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المحلية.
- تمثيل الشركة في المناقشات مع السلطات المحلية وأصحاب المصلحة والشركاء لمواءمة أهداف العمل مع السياسات والمبادرات الحكومية.
القيادة الاستراتيجية:
- قيادة وتوجيه استراتيجية الشركة في الكويت، ومواءمتها مع الأهداف الإقليمية والأهداف العالمية.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك توسيع السوق، وفرص الاستثمار، والشراكات في قطاعات الطاقة والتمويل والاستثمار.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع الإدارة العليا لضمان استمرار نمو حضور الشركة في الكويت والحفاظ على الميزة التنافسية.
