Are you passionate about construction, design, and project management? We are looking for a qualified Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support exciting fit-out and interior construction projects in Kuwait.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination from inception to completion

• Drawings & Documentation management

• Site Supervision and progress monitoring

• Procurement & Scheduling of materials and services

• Quality Assurance & Compliance with safety and regulations

• Effective Stakeholder Communication and reporting

• Facility Management Support when required

✅ Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Kuwait

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out or interior construction (preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality)

• Strong ability to prepare BOQs, shop drawings, and MEP coordination drawings

• Familiarity with local construction codes, building regulations, and safety practices

هل لديك شغف بإدارة المشاريع والديكور الداخلي؟ نحن نبحث عن مساعد مدير مشاريع للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمساهمة في تنفيذ مشاريع مميزة في مجال التشطيبات الداخلية بدولة الكويت.

🛠️ المهام الوظيفية:

• التنسيق الشامل للمشاريع من البداية حتى التسليم

• إدارة الرسومات والمستندات الفنية

• الإشراف على مواقع العمل ومتابعة التقدم

• جدولة المشتريات وتنظيم توريد المواد

• ضمان الجودة والامتثال للوائح ومعايير السلامة

• التواصل الفعّال مع الجهات المعنية وتقديم التقارير

• تقديم الدعم في إدارة المرافق عند الحاجة

✅ الشروط المطلوبة:

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت

• حاصل على شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، العمارة، التصميم الداخلي أو تخصص مشابه

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع التشطيبات الداخلية، ويفضل في مجال المطاعم أو البيع بالتجزئة أو الضيافة

• إجادة إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQs)، الرسومات التنفيذية، ورسومات التنسيق الكهربائي والميكانيكي (MEP)

• معرفة جيدة بـ قوانين البناء المحلية وممارسات السلامة
