Project Manager

 About the Role 

• To lead and direct the Pace Centre of Excellence teams to achieve successful delivery of Design projects within the stipulated budget targets, time frame and quality assurance standards.
• The primary role is to ensure all teams know what to deliver, when to deliver it and have the pre-requisite information and guidance to deliver.
• The job holder is to represent Pace before Clients and Stakeholders to enable and drive the successful delivery of projects under his/her review.

•  What you will be doing  Act as a point of reference and management support source for the project teams and support project team members to focus efforts and resources for completion.
• Audit and check on performance and compliance of technical and planning teams to established contractual requirements, standards and practices. Return variances with clear comments and instructions for corrections.
• Be the effective interface with the project delivery teams.
• Be the liaison and interact as effective Project Leader with both Pace internal teams and also the Client’s representatives and Contractor’s leads as applicable.

Bid Manager

What you will be doing

• * Convene round-table meetings with stakeholders to inform a robust, auditable and criteria-driven approach to each opportunity.
• * Create, and include others as appropriate, review an opportunity story board and provide innovative input which optimizes the bid.
• * Ensure visual clarity, attractiveness and salience as well as financial robustness based on an analysis of the client’s profile.
• * Lead and manage the performance, conduct, development and engagement of the Bid Team.
• * Lead the proposal handover to Operations to support the so that the Project Management and the design team have the background before the project kick-off.

 حول الدور 

• قيادة وتوجيه فرق مركز التميز في بيس لتحقيق تسليم ناجح لمشاريع التصميم ضمن أهداف الميزانية المحددة والإطار الزمني ومعايير ضمان الجودة.
• الدور الأساسي هو التأكد من أن جميع الفرق تعرف ما يجب تقديمه، ومتى يتم تقديمه، ولديها المعلومات والتوجيهات المسبقة اللازمة لتقديمه.
• يتلخص عمل صاحب الوظيفة في تمثيل شركة Pace أمام العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتمكين ودفع عملية التسليم الناجح للمشاريع التي تخضع لمراجعته.

•  ما ستقوم به: العمل كنقطة مرجعية ومصدر دعم إداري لفرق المشروع ودعم أعضاء فريق المشروع لتركيز الجهود والموارد من أجل الإنجاز.
• التدقيق والتحقق من أداء الفرق الفنية والتخطيطية وامتثالها للمتطلبات والمعايير والممارسات التعاقدية المعمول بها. تقديم أي اختلافات مع ملاحظات واضحة وتعليمات للتصحيح.
• كن بمثابة واجهة فعالة مع فرق تنفيذ المشروع.
• كن وسيطًا وتفاعل كقائد مشروع فعال مع كل من فرق Pace الداخلية وممثلي العميل وقيادات المقاول حسب الاقتضاء.
