ACCOUNTANT

 Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee daily financial operations. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting regulations and support the company’s financial goals through accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payroll and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and help with external audits.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Monitor financial transactions and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or others).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.

Advanced Excel skills.

Work Conditions:

Office-based

May require occasional overtime during month-end/year-end closures or audits.

 ملخص الوظيفة:

• نحن نبحث عن محاسب ذو خبرة واهتمام بالتفاصيل لإدارة والإشراف على العمليات المالية اليومية. 
• المرشح المثالي سوف يضمن الامتثال للوائح المحاسبة ودعم الأهداف المالية للشركة من خلال حفظ السجلات الدقيقة وإعداد التقارير.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد وفحص السجلات والبيانات والتقارير المالية للتأكد من دقتها والامتثال لها.
• صيانة وتسوية حسابات الدفتر العام.
• إدارة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة.
• معالجة الرواتب وإعداد الملفات الضريبية اللازمة.
• المساعدة في الميزانية والتنبؤ.
• إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
• ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات إعداد التقارير الحكومية المحلية والولائية والفيدرالية.
• إجراء عمليات التدقيق الداخلية والمساعدة في عمليات التدقيق الخارجية.
• دعم عمليات الإغلاق في نهاية الشهر ونهاية العام.
• مراقبة المعاملات المالية والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الأدوار المحاسبية أو المالية.
• الكفاءة في برامج المحاسبة (على سبيل المثال، QuickBooks، SAP، Tally، أو غيرها).
• فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة (GAAP أو IFRS).
• مستوى عال من الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
• مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية ممتازة.
• مهارات التواصل القوية.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

شهادة CPA أو CA أو ACCA أو ما يعادلها.

مهارات متقدمة في برنامج Excel.
