1. Chef

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications.

• Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage kitchen staff, assign tasks, and oversee food preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

• Handle food orders, ensure timely delivery, and quality of dishes.

• Develop and improve new recipes, taking into account customer feedback.

2. Chef Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef in preparing ingredients and cooking.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

• Assist in managing kitchen supplies and inventory.

• Follow instructions from the Chef regarding daily operations.

3. Kitchen Assistant

• Assist in the preparation of food, chopping vegetables, and basic cooking tasks.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Take food and beverage orders from customers accurately.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure that customers' dining experience is exceptional.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.

• Assist with food and drink menu knowledge, and provide recommendations.

• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.

Job Requirements for All Positions:

• Local hiring – only within Kuwait.

• Valid transferable residency (Visa 18 Ahli).

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:

• استقبال الضيوف وإجلاسهم بطريقة ودية ومهذبة.

• أخذ طلبات الأطعمة والمشروبات من العملاء بدقة.

• تقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات للضيوف بطريقة احترافية وفي الوقت المناسب.

• التوظيف محليًا - داخل الكويت فقط.

• إقامة صالحة وقابلة للتحويل (فيزا 18 أهلي).

• يفضل أن تكون الخبرة ذات صلة بالأدوار المعنية.
