Call Centre Agent

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with new and existing customers
Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively
Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and social media
Convert leads into successful sales through persuasive communication
Address customer objections or concerns with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
Follow up with leads and maintain positive relationships
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, etc.) for seamless service delivery
Update CRM with accurate and timely records of all customer interactions
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

✅ Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center, telesales, or online sales is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone presence with the ability to handle rejection professionally
Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or sales tracking tools
Bilingual (Arabic & English) – a must
Arab Nationals only
Local hiring in Kuwait only
Candidates with consumer electronics experience are highly preferred
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team-player mindset

🎯 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التعامل مع المكالمات الواردة والصادرة للتواصل مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين
عرض وترويج المنتجات/الخدمات بشكل واضح وفعال
الرد على الاستفسارات عبر البريد الإلكتروني والدردشة ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى مبيعات ناجحة من خلال التواصل المقنع
معالجة اعتراضات العملاء أو مخاوفهم باحترافية وعقلية تركز على الحل
متابعة العملاء المحتملين والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية
التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية (الخدمات اللوجستية والتسويق وما إلى ذلك) لتقديم الخدمة بسلاسة
تحديث نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء بسجلات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لجميع تفاعلات العملاء
تحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية

✅ المؤهلات:
