We are looking for an experienced Social Media Content Creator and Designer to join our salon’s marketing team. If you have a passion for creating engaging content, designing beautiful posts, and showcasing your creativity through photos and videos, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

✅ Job Responsibilities:

• Design and create Instagram posts, stories, and other content for the salon’s social media channels

• Take high-quality photos and videos of the salon’s services, products, and events for marketing

• Develop creative concepts and campaigns to enhance the salon’s social media presence

• Edit and post content consistently to engage with the audience and attract new customers

• Maintain and update the social media calendar to ensure timely posts and promotions

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall business goals

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools to enhance content quality

• Ensure that content is aligned with the brand’s style and tone

• Respond to inquiries and messages on social media platforms when necessary

📌 Requirements:

• Experience in creating and designing content for social media (especially Instagram)

• Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)

• Good eye for design and attention to detail

• Knowledge of social media marketing trends and best practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

• Ability to work on-site at the salon

• Must be residing in Kuwait and available to join immediately

✅ المهام الوظيفية:

• تصميم وإنشاء منشورات وقصص على إنستجرام، ومحتوى آخر على قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي للصالون

• التقاط صور وفيديوهات عالية الجودة لخدمات ومنتجات وفعاليات الصالون للتسويق

• تطوير أفكار إبداعية وحملات لتعزيز وجود الصالون على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

• تعديل ونشر المحتوى بشكل مستمر للتفاعل مع الجمهور وجذب عملاء جدد

• الحفاظ على تقويم المحتوى الاجتماعي لضمان نشر وترويج العروض في الوقت المحدد

• التعاون مع فريق التسويق لضمان تطابق المحتوى مع أهداف العمل

• متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والأدوات في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتحسين جودة المحتوى

• ضمان توافق المحتوى مع أسلوب ونبرة العلامة التجارية

• الرد على الاستفسارات والرسائل على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي عند الحاجة

📌 الشروط:

• خبرة في إنشاء وتصميم المحتوى لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (خصوصًا إنستجرام)

• إجادة استخدام أدوات تحرير الصور والفيديو (مثل: Adobe Photoshop، Lightroom، Canva، وغيرها)

• عين جيدة للتصميم واهتمام بالتفاصيل

• معرفة بأحدث الاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

• مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني

• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دور مشابه

• القدرة على العمل في الصالون

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيمًا في الكويت وقادرًا على الانضمام فورًا
