Position: Supply Technician Lead

Location

Kuwait – Supporting LOGCAP Program

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on multi-class supply material received at the Retrograde

• Ensure proper identification and classification of materials as serviceable or unserviceable

• Examine parts and components to determine serviceability, and assign appropriate classifications

• Perform technical supply management tasks including inventory management, cataloging, and storage management

• Supervise and plan supply technical inspections

• Examine incoming material for damage, excessive wear, and conformance to specifications

• Prepare and submit daily reports and CDRLs as required by the Performance Work Statement

• Handle material, ensuring compliance with security, safety, and disposal regulations

• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other industrial trucks to transport materials

• Maintain compliance with Army Regulations (ARs) and Technical Manuals (TMs)

• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Supply Manager

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (related experience may substitute for education)

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in supply operations

• Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Secret Clearance and U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License

• Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Familiar with AIS systems (GCSS-Army, FEDLOG, ILW, DLA FEDMAL)

  • Knowledgeable in Army supply operations and COSIS requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack)

Working Conditions

• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions (up to 120°F/49°C)

• Exposure to harsh, desert-like environments with fluctuating temperatures

• Physical demands: Medium work (lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally)

• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain situations

المهام الوظيفية

• إجراء فحوصات على المواد متعددة الفئات المستلمة في إعادة الفحص

• ضمان التعرف السليم وتصنيف المواد على أنها صالحة أو غير صالحة للاستخدام

• فحص الأجزاء والمكونات لتحديد قابليتها للاستخدام، وتحديد التصنيفات المناسبة

• أداء مهام إدارة الإمدادات الفنية مثل إدارة المخزون، الفهرسة، وإدارة التخزين

• الإشراف والتخطيط للفحوصات الفنية للإمدادات

• فحص المواد الواردة بحثًا عن التلف أو البلى الزائد والتأكد من توافقها مع المواصفات

• إعداد وتقديم التقارير اليومية والتقارير المطلوبة بموجب بيان العمل

• التعامل مع المواد، وضمان الامتثال للوائح الأمان، السلامة، والتنظيمات المتعلقة بالتخلص منها

• استخدام الجرافات، الرافعات الشوكية، والشاحنات الصناعية لنقل المواد

• الحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح الجيش (ARs) والكتيبات الفنية (TMs)

• أداء مهام إضافية كما يوجه المشرف أو مدير الإمدادات

المؤهلات

• التعليم: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (قد يتم استبدال الخبرة ذات الصلة بالتعليم)

• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات الإمدادات

• الشهادات: يجب أن يكون قادرًا على الحصول على والحفاظ على تصريح أمني سري وترخيص قيادة المركبات الحكومية الأمريكية

• المهارات:

  • إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Outlook)

  • الإلمام بأنظمة AIS (GCSS-Army، FEDLOG، ILW، DLA FEDMAL)

• التعرض لبيئات قاسية صحراوية مع تقلبات في درجات الحرارة

• المتطلبات البدنية: عمل متوسط (رفع ما يصل إلى 50 رطلاً بشكل متقطع)

• يتطلب استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) في بعض الحالات
