🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and process supplier invoices and billing statements while ensuring timely follow-up on accounts receivable.

• Reconcile company expenses and track project-related expenditures for accurate financial reporting.

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between bank statements and financial records.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, while analyzing financial data for decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, and assist in audit preparations.

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation, ensuring proper filing and archiving for reference and audits.

• Utilize accounting software efficiently, staying updated on features to optimize financial processes.

🔹 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience as an Accountant within the construction industry.

• Familiarity with accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Al Shamel system, Bio Type system) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.

• ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية وسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية، والمساعدة في تحضيرات التدقيق.

• الحفاظ على سجلات مالية منظمة وتوثيقها، وضمان حفظ الملفات بشكل صحيح للرجوع إليها والتدقيق.

• استخدام برامج المحاسبة بكفاءة، والبقاء على اطلاع على الميزات لتحسين العمليات المالية.

🔹 المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، أو المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• 5 سنوات من الخبرة كمحاسب في صناعة البناء.

• الإلمام بالمبادئ المحاسبية، اللوائح المالية، ومعايير التقارير.

• الكفاءة في برامج المحاسبة (مثل نظام الشامل، نظام Bio Type) وMicrosoft Excel.

• دقة شديدة في إدخال البيانات.

• مهارات تواصل فعالة والعمل الجماعي.

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة بناء ديناميكية وسريعة الوتيرة.
