We are looking for a skilled Contracts Specialist to manage the lifecycle of contracts, from bidding to execution. This position will give you the chance to work with an international company, ensuring the successful negotiation, execution, and compliance of contracts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Advise on the preparation, review, & submission of tender documents, ensuring all contractual requirements are addressed.
Review contractual agreements between the company and its partners.
Evaluate partner proposals and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Negotiate contract terms, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.
Support the contract award process and monitor performance.
Provide advice on contract amendments, renewals, & terminations.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Petroleum Engineering).
Proven experience (10+ years) in contract drafting and management, preferably in the O&G sector.

تقييم عروض الشركاء وضمان توافقها مع أهداف الشركة.
التفاوض على شروط العقد وضمان شروط مواتية للشركة.
دعم عملية منح العقود ومراقبة الأداء.
تقديم المشورة بشأن تعديلات العقود وتجديداتها وإنهائها.
المتطلبات:
درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة (يفضل في هندسة البترول).
خبرة مثبتة (أكثر من 10 سنوات) في إعداد العقود وإدارتها، ويفضل في قطاع النفط والغاز.
