• Strong negotiation and sourcing skills

• Knowledge of local and international markets

🖥️ ERP Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the company’s ERP system implementation and performance

• Oversee system upgrades, user training, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with departments to ensure full integration and optimization of ERP functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics / SAP / Oracle)

• Strong IT, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to align ERP capabilities with business processes

📊 Cost Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze production costs and variances

• Prepare cost reports and margin analysis

• Support budgeting and pricing strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience in manufacturing or food production costing

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

🎧 Team Leader (Call Center Department)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the call center team

• Ensure service levels, response times, and customer satisfaction targets are met

• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members

• Handle escalated calls and support issue resolution

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center or customer service supervisory role

• مهارات قوية في استخدام برنامج Excel والتحليل

🎧 قائد فريق (قسم مركز الاتصال)

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لفريق مركز الاتصال

• تأكد من تلبية مستويات الخدمة وأوقات الاستجابة وأهداف رضا العملاء

• توفير التدريب والتوجيه وردود الفعل على الأداء لأعضاء الفريق

• التعامل مع المكالمات المتصاعدة ودعم حل المشكلات

متطلبات:

• خبرة في مركز الاتصال أو دور إشرافي في خدمة العملاء

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والقيادة وحل المشكلات
