Requirements:

Experience in Computer Applications and Networking
IT Helpdesk and Customer Interaction Experience (A Plus)
Transferable Residency
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support and resolve technical issues
Maintain and troubleshoot computer applications and networking systems
Interact with clients and assist with IT-related concerns
