We are seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. If you have strong negotiation skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a valid Kuwait driving license, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure goods and services in line with company policies.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring quality standards are met.
Track and manage inventory levels and stock.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting in procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with local procurement laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Must have a valid Kuwait driving license.
Knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions is a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
البحث عن وتوفير السلع والخدمات وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
التفاوض مع الموردين لضمان فعالية التكلفة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
بناء وصيانة العلاقات مع الموردين وضمان تلبية معايير الجودة.
متابعة وإدارة مستويات المخزون.
المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المتعلقة بأنشطة المشتريات.
ضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المحلية الخاصة بالمشتريات.
المؤهلات:
3 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة في المشتريات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
مهارات تفاوض، تواصل وتنظيم قوية.
يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية.
معرفة الموردين المحليين وظروف السوق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
