Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, plan, direct, and control all operational resources to ensure timely and efficient management of pickups, deliveries, and internal hub operations.

• Supervise and dispatch orders, coordinate with couriers to ensure every shipment is picked up and delivered on time.

• Oversee shipment operations and courier processes with strong knowledge of logistics.

• Utilize Excel for reporting and operational analysis.

• Lead with a strong personality, fostering a productive and positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Logistics experience is a must, specifically in last-mile operations.

• Must be available to join immediately.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent Excel skills.

• Transferable residency within Kuwait.

• خبرة لوجستية ضرورية في عمليات المرحلة الأخيرة.

• يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحًا للانضمام على الفور.

• مهارات قيادة واتصال قوية.

• مهارات Excel ممتازة.

• إقامة قابلة للتحويل داخل الكويت.
