Tech Lead / Project Manager - Lead Innovative Projects!
We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Project Manager to lead and manage our in-house development team for an e-commerce app. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coding and leading teams, and has a solid background in Flutter, Laravel, and other platforms. If you have a passion for tech leadership and project management, we want you to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers for our e-commerce app.
Actively participate in coding (preferably Flutter and Laravel).
Recruit and structure a strong development team.
Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to execution.
Ensure the implementation of best coding practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct code reviews.
Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders when required.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Flutter & Laravel (or similar frameworks).
Proven track record in leading development teams or managing e-commerce projects.
Ability to recruit and manage developers.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and retail systems is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
5+ years of experience in development, with at least 2 years in a lead/project management role.

المسئوليات:
قيادة وإدارة فريق من المطورين لتطبيق التجارة الإلكترونية.

توظيف هيكلة فريق تطوير قوي.
الإشراف على دورة حياة المشروع من التخطيط حتى التنفيذ.
ضمان تنفيذ أفضل ممارسات البرمجة.
معالجة المشاكل التقنية وإجراء مراجعات للكود.
التنسيق مع البائعين وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين عند الحاجة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة قوية في فلاتر و لارافيل (أو منصات مشابهة).
سجل حافل في قيادة فرق التطوير أو إدارة مشاريع التجارة الإلكترونية.
القدرة على توظيف وإدارة المطورين.
معرفة منصات التجارة الإلكترونية وأنظمة التجزئة يفضل.
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
5+ سنوات من الخبرة في التطوير، مع سنتين على الأقل في دور قيادي / إدارة مشاريع.
