1. Electro-Mechanical Estimation Engineer – 01 Position (Experience: 1 to 3 years)

2. Civil Estimation Engineer – 01 Position (Experience: 1 to 3 years)

3. Fit-out Estimation Engineer – 01 Position (Experience: 1 to 3 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for various projects, ensuring that all required materials, labor, and expenses are accounted for.

• Project Analysis: Analyze project specifications and documents to prepare detailed and accurate estimates.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and realistic cost estimations.

• Tender Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tenders and ensure that all required documents are submitted within the designated timelines.

• Cost Control: Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to ensure that the project stays within budget.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in estimation, with a strong background in either electro-mechanical, civil, or fit-out projects.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials, processes, and industry standards.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure that all estimates are detailed and accurate.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in using estimation software and tools.
