Logistics Specialist, PAEN – Kuwait

In this role, you will manage end-to-end logistics, ensuring smooth execution of import/export operations while optimizing transportation processes. You will oversee performance and compliance with customs regulations and ensure the smooth delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics procurement to streamline processes.
Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments while minimizing risks and damage.
Oversee customs clearance and ensure compliance with ABB rules and external regulations.
Maintain necessary documentation and reporting for all import/export activities.
Work with vendors, suppliers, and customs brokers to ensure efficient processes.
Collaborate with various departments to align logistics with business needs.
Evaluate and select transportation providers, negotiating contracts for cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in logistics, including transport management, import/export, and customs operations.
Engineering background, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
Familiarity with SAP MM Module is a plus.
Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Power & Water industries is beneficial.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Service Marketing & Sales Specialist – Kuwait

In this role, you will be responsible for driving service sales, building customer relationships, and promoting ABB’s full service portfolio. You will be key in identifying market opportunities, leading marketing campaigns, and helping customers find the best solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive service sales processes and generate opportunities within the Installed Base (IB).
Develop and execute sales plans, preparing pricing strategies and reviewing recovery plans when necessary.
Promote ABB’s service solutions through various channels like campaigns, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Establish long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of service sales experience, preferably within switchgear and protection relays.
Strong technical background in electrical engineering and service agreements.
Familiarity with digital solutions is a plus.
Proven track record of managing relationships with government and industrial customers.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and problem-solving skills.

خلفية هندسية، ويفضل في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الأدوات.
مهارات تفاوض قوية وخبرة في إدارة العقود.
المعرفة بنظام SAP MM هي ميزة إضافية.
المعرفة بصناعات النفط والغاز والطاقة والمياه تعتبر ميزة.
القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في بيئة سريعة.

أخصائي تسويق ومبيعات للخدمات – الكويت

في هذه الوظيفة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة عمليات مبيعات الخدمات، وبناء علاقات مع العملاء، والترويج لمحفظة خدمات ABB بالكامل. ستكون المسؤول الرئيسي عن تحديد الفرص السوقية، وقيادة الحملات التسويقية، ومساعدة العملاء في العثور على أفضل الحلول لاحتياجاتهم.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قيادة عمليات مبيعات الخدمات وتوليد الفرص ضمن القاعدة المثبتة (IB).
تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات، وتحضير استراتيجيات التسعير ومراجعة خطط الاسترداد عند الحاجة.
الترويج لحلول ABB للخدمات من خلال قنوات مختلفة مثل الحملات والمعارض ولقاءات العملاء.
بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الرئيسيين وأصحاب المصلحة.

المؤهلات:

5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات الخدمات، ويفضل أن تكون في مفاتيح التحويل والمرحل الحماية.
خلفية تقنية قوية في الهندسة الكهربائية واتفاقيات الخدمات.
المعرفة بالحلول الرقمية تعتبر ميزة.
سجل مثبت في إدارة العلاقات مع الكيانات الحكومية والعملاء الصناعيين.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض باللغة الإنجليزية.
مهارات قوية في الشبكات وحل المشكلات.
