Position:
HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update payroll records, including salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and overtime.

• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Accurately process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with the HR manager.

Salary

• Pay: KD 400 - KD 500 per month
