Job Description:

As an Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, installation, and maintenance of instruments used to monitor and control machinery, processes, and systems in the oil and gas industry. You will play a critical role in ensuring all engineering systems are optimized for safety, performance, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement instrumentation systems that support oil & gas facilities, ensuring the functionality of crucial systems

• Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot field instruments, control systems, and automation systems to ensure accuracy and performance

• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for instrumentation equipment and systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure system integration and alignment

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations

• Provide ongoing technical support during installation, commissioning, and operation of systems

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instrumentation Engineer in the oil & gas sector
✅ Expert knowledge of control systems, field instrumentation, and loop diagrams
✅ Experience with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other automation systems
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
✅ Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical environments

وصف الوظيفة:

سيكون مهندس الأجهزة والمعدات مسؤولا عن تصميم وتطوير وتركيب وصيانة المعدات المستخدمة لمراقبة وتحكم الأنظمة الهندسية والآلات والعمليات في مشاريع النفط والغاز. ستكون مسؤولًا عن ضمان الأداء الأمثل والسلامة والامتثال للمعايير الصناعية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة الأجهزة والمعدات لمنشآت النفط والغاز لضمان الأداء الأمثل للأنظمة الحيوية

• معايرة واختبار وإصلاح أدوات التحكم والأنظمة الميدانية للتحقق من دقتها وكفاءتها

• إعداد الوثائق الفنية، والرسومات، والمواصفات المتعلقة بالأجهزة والمعدات

• التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات مثل المهندسين الكهربائيين والميكانيكيين لضمان تكامل الأنظمة

• ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية والرموز الخاصة بالسلامة والصحة البيئية

• تقديم الدعم الفني خلال مراحل التثبيت والتشغيل

المتطلبات:

✅ خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمهندس أجهزة ومعدات في قطاع النفط والغاز
✅ معرفة قوية بأنظمة التحكم، والأجهزة الميدانية، ورسوم الدورات
✅ إلمام بـ PLCs و SCADA و DCS وغيرها من أنظمة الأتمتة
✅ مهارات حل مشكلات ممتازة وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
✅ مهارات تواصل قوية في بيئات فنية وغير فنية
