Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years
Skills Required: Oracle HCM Cloud – Payroll, Absence Management & Appraisal
Location: Kuwait (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Drive Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across various modules.
Support clients in transforming their HR operations and achieving business value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
Provide end-to-end support and training to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Expertise in Payroll, Absence Management, and Appraisal.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel and relocate to Kuwait if needed.

التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان نجاح تنفيذ الحلول.
تقديم الدعم والتدريب للعملاء من البداية إلى النهاية.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التعامل مع Oracle HCM Cloud.
خبرة في Payroll و Absence Management و Appraisal.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل.
القدرة على السفر والانتقال إلى الكويت إذا لزم الأمر.
