🔧 Position Overview:

HOT Engineering & Construction Co. (HOTECC), a leader in major infrastructure and industrial projects in Kuwait, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about HVAC systems and are looking to contribute to the successful execution of large-scale construction projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee the installation of HVAC systems for major infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and safety codes.

• Conduct detailed site inspections to assess the efficiency of HVAC systems and recommend enhancements when necessary.

• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site engineers to ensure timely and quality installation.

• Diagnose system malfunctions, perform root cause analyses, and implement effective solutions with minimal downtime.

• Ensure HVAC systems are maintained according to the manufacturer’s standards, project specifications, and sustainability guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Ministry of Works and other regulatory bodies for inspections and approvals.

• Prepare technical reports, progress documentation, and compliance records.

• Contribute to energy-saving initiatives by optimizing system design and performance.

• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff and engineering teams.

• Act as the key point of contact for HVAC-related matters on-site, coordinating across departments for smooth project execution.

📌 Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in infrastructure projects and work involving the Ministry of Works.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and maintenance.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities and strong site coordination skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Transferable visa (for candidates currently residing in Kuwait).
