Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD 300.000 – KD 500.000 per month
Requirements

Female candidates only (Kuwaiti, Lebanese, or Syrian nationality)

Valid Kuwaiti driving license

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English

Outgoing personality with a creative mindset

Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media tools and marketing platforms

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Office-based with flexibility for events and fieldwork
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tailored marketing and PR strategies for each brand

Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and media outlets

Represent the company at events, meetings, and business engagements

Manage social media accounts, collaborating with design and content teams

Drive lead generation and convert prospects into clients

Support campaign planning, photoshoots, event coordination, and reporting

Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms

خبرة لا تقل عن 1-2 سنة في التسويق أو العلاقات العامة أو المبيعات

مهارات تواصل شخصية قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

شخصية واثقة وذات ذهنية مبدعة

معرفة بالتقنيات الحديثة وأدوات التواصل الاجتماعي ومنصات التسويق

القدرة على إدارة عدة مهام في وقت واحد وتحديد الأولويات بفعالية

العمل من المكتب مع مرونة لحضور الفعاليات والعمل الميداني عند الحاجة
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق والعلاقات العامة لكل علامة تجارية

بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والشركاء ووسائل الإعلام
-
تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات والاجتماعات والتعاملات التجارية
-
إدارة حسابات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بالتنسيق مع فرق التصميم والمحتوى

قيادة توليد الفرص وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء فعليين
-
دعم تخطيط الحملات، وتنظيم التصوير الفوتوغرافي، وتنسيق الفعاليات، وإعداد التقارير

ضمان وحدة الصوت والعلامة التجارية عبر جميع المنصات
