Job Title: Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Managing parts of construction projects and supervising contracted staff.

• Overseeing building work and undertaking surveys.

• Setting out sites and organizing facilities.

• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.

• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.

• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.

• Liaising with quantity surveyors about ordering and negotiating the price of materials.

• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies are executed correctly.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Experience

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the same field.

Personal Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive teams, especially blue-collar workers.

• Demonstrable experience as a project manager/site engineer.

• Can manage multiple sites simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented.

• Strong leadership skills.

• خبرة مثبتة كمدير مشاريع / مهندس موقع.
