Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying
Advanced proficiency in surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and GIS
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex survey data
Knowledge of Kuwaiti land laws, regulations, and surveying practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction staking, and site layout techniques
Familiarity with local Kuwaiti surveying regulations and practices
Valid driver's license

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 15 years of experience and 2 years as Senior Utility Engineer, with a focus on building and infrastructure projects
Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE)
Proven track record in construction supervision and project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, in the construction or infrastructure sector
Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE)
Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering
Minimum 20 years of experience and 5 years as a Resident Engineer, with a focus on large-scale projects
Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE)
Strong contract management and oversight skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control processes, and safety regulations

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة
خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، منها سنتان كمهندس مرافق أول، مع التركيز على مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية.
عضوية سارية في جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE)
سجل حافل في الإشراف على الإنشاءات وإدارة المشاريع
إتقان استخدام برنامج AutoCAD أو برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب المماثلة

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/المعمارية
خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا، منها 5 سنوات كمهندس مقيم، مع التركيز على المشاريع واسعة النطاق.
عضوية سارية في جمعية المهندسين الكويتية (KSE)
مهارات قوية في إدارة العقود والإشراف عليها
يفضل الحصول على شهادة محترف إدارة المشاريع (PMP).
معرفة واسعة بمنهجيات البناء، وعمليات مراقبة الجودة، ولوائح السلامة
