Information Technology Specialist
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait for an IT Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the efficiency of software and network systems, providing technical support to end-users, and managing security, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Additionally, the role includes hardware and software troubleshooting, implementing system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, system upgrades, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security solutions, and IT infrastructure
- Experience in software implementation, data backup, and data recovery practices
- Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
