Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and secure new projects.
- Review project requirements and propose appropriate formwork and scaffolding solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including quotations and negotiation of terms.
- Coordinate project delivery in collaboration with engineering, logistics, and operations teams.
- Monitor project profitability, follow up on payments, and track relevant market developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of formwork and scaffolding principles and applications.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical background combined with proven sales performance.
- Motivated, customer-focused, and able to drive results.
- Fluency in English and Arabic essential.
Senior Design Engineer- M/F
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer with a minimum of five years of experience in structural design and analysis, specifically within formwork and scaffolding systems.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing safe, efficient, and cost-effective engineering solutions for construction projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
- Design and review structural components, including formwork and scaffolding systems.
- Conduct detailed structural analyses and calculations to verify safety, stability, and performance.
- Work closely with project teams to develop optimized engineering solutions and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, design reports, and specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international design standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of formwork and scaffolding design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with industrial designs for the Oil & Gas sector (preferred).

ملخص الوظيفة
- نحن نبحث عن مهندس إنشائي ذي مهارات عالية يتمتع بخبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات في التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي، وتحديداً في أنظمة القوالب والسقالات.
- سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تطوير حلول هندسية آمنة وفعالة واقتصادية لمشاريع البناء، مع ضمان الامتثال لجميع القوانين والمعايير ومتطلبات السلامة ذات الصلة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- تصميم ومراجعة المكونات الهيكلية، بما في ذلك القوالب وأنظمة السقالات.
