Call Center Representative
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via telephone.
Provide accurate information about furniture products, delivery schedules, and services.
Resolve customer concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
Record customer data and interaction details using company software.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
Requirements
Language: Proficiency in communication and clear articulation.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Education: No specific educational degree is required; we value skills and attitude.
Residency: Must be a resident of Kuwait with a valid transferable residency (Article 18 or 22).

المسؤوليات
التعامل المهني والراقي مع استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف.
تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول منتجات الأثاث، مواعيد التوصيل، والخدمات المتاحة.
حل مشكلات العملاء بصبر وإيجابية تامة.
تسجيل بيانات العملاء وتفاصيل التواصل باستخدام برامج الشركة.
التعاون مع فريق اللوجستيات لضمان تلبية طلبات العملاء بكفاءة.
المتطلبات
اللغة: القدرة على التواصل الواضح والمنظم.
الخبرة: خبرة سابقة في مجال الكول سنتر أو خدمة العملاء تعد ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
المهارات التقنية: إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
المؤهل: لا يشترط مؤهل دراسي محدد؛ نحن نقدر المهارة والأسلوب.
الإقامة: التوظيف مخصص للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
