• Answer calls and handle customer inquiries

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints

• Process online orders and coordinate with drivers

• Assist with inventory management and shop cleanliness

• معالجة الطلبات عبر الإنترنت والتنسيق مع السائقين

• المساعدة في إدارة المخزون والحفاظ على نظافة المحل
