Open Position
Senior Occupational Health Specialist
Location: Ahmadi, Kuwait
Responsibilities
Strategy Leadership: Lead and implement comprehensive occupational health programs and strategies across all operations.
Risk Management: Conduct workplace environmental investigations and develop/manage detailed Occupational Health Risk Registers.
Specialized Assessments: Perform indoor air quality, microbial assessments, and complex health risk investigations.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure full alignment with Kuwait Labor Law, OHSAS 18001, ILO, and ISO 14001 standards.
Surveillance: Manage epidemiological surveillance and conduct Environmental Health Impact Assessments (EHIA).
Mentorship: Deliver expert training and guidance to internal teams regarding Kuwaiti Occupational Health Laws.
Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree in Medicine (Community Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Psychology).
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in audits, site assessments, and health impact studies.
Certifications: Valid certification in CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), ROH, or a NEBOSH Diploma.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HRA, EHIA, and international safety standards (ISO/ILO).
Visa Status: Must hold a transferable Article 18 visa within Kuwait.

المسؤوليات
قيادة الاستراتيجية: قيادة وتنفيذ برامج واستراتيجيات الصحة المهنية الشاملة عبر جميع العمليات.
إدارة المخاطر: إجراء تحقيقات في بيئة العمل وتطوير وإدارة سجلات مخاطر الصحة المهنية المفصلة.
التقييمات المتخصصة: إجراء تقييمات جودة الهواء الداخلي، والتقييمات الميكروبية، وتحقيقات مخاطر الصحة المعقدة.
الامتثال والتدقيق: ضمان المواءمة الكاملة مع قانون العمل الكويتي، ومعايير OHSAS 18001، ومنظمة العمل الدولية (ILO)، وISO 14001.
المراقبة الصحية: إدارة المراقبة الوبائية وإجراء تقييمات الأثر الصحي والبيئي (EHIA).
التوجيه والتدريب: تقديم تدريب متخصص وإرشادات للفرق الداخلية فيما يتعلق بقوانين الصحة المهنية الكويتية.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة الماجستير في الطب (طب المجتمع، أو الطب المهني، أو علم النفس).
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في التدقيق، وتقييم المواقع، ودراسات الأثر الصحي.
الشهادات: شهادة سارية في CIH أو ROH أو دبلوم NEBOSH.
المعرفة التقنية: فهم عميق لتقييم المخاطر الصحية (HRA) والمعايير الدولية للسلامة.
حالة التأشيرة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاملاً لـ إقامة مادة 18 قابلة للتحويل داخل الكويت.
