Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee-based beverages with precision and speed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards.
Engage with students and staff in a friendly, professional manner to provide a top-tier customer experience.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting shortages to management.
Handle cash and digital transactions accurately during peak campus hours.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Barista.
Nationalities: Open to Indian, Filipino, and Nepali nationals only.
Location: Must be a local hire in Kuwait and reside near the Egaila area for easy commuting.
Availability: Must be ready to join the team immediately.
Skills: Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinding, and beverage recipes.

المسؤوليات
تحضير وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من مشروبات القهوة الساخنة والباردة بدقة وسرعة.
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم محطة العمل، والالتزام بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة الصارمة.
التواصل مع الطلاب والموظفين بأسلوب ودود ومهني لتقديم أفضل تجربة للعملاء.
إدارة مخزون حبوب البن والحليب والمستلزمات الأخرى، وإبلاغ الإدارة بأي نقص.
التعامل مع المعاملات النقدية والرقامية بدقة خلال ساعات الذروة في الكلية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة احترافية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كباريستا.
الجنسيات: التوظيف متاح للجنسيات الهندية، الفلبينية، والنيبالية فقط.
الموقع: توظيف محلي من داخل الكويت فقط، ويجب أن يكون السكن قريباً من منطقة العقيلة.
الجاهزية: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مستعداً للالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
المهارات: معرفة قوية بآلات الإسبريسو، الطحن، ووصفات المشروبات المختلفة.
