Responsibilities
Execute daily production and maintenance tasks according to technical specifications.
Adhere strictly to industrial safety standards and factory protocols.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Manage inventory, logistics, and reporting (for administrative and logistics roles).
Operate heavy machinery and specialized plant equipment with precision.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Cement, Blocks, Interlocks, or AAC Manufacturing Factory.
Flexibility: Complete willingness to work in shift duties.
Technical Knowledge: Fair understanding of plant operations, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.
Strong work ethic and the ability to work within a professional industrial team.

المسؤوليات
تنفيذ مهام الإنتاج والصيانة اليومية وفقاً للمواصفات الفنية.
الالتزام الصارم بمعايير السلامة الصناعية وبروتوكولات المصنع.
التعاون مع الفريق الفني لضمان تقليل وقت التوقف وتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة.
إدارة المخزون، العمليات اللوجستية، والتقارير (للأدوار الإدارية واللوجستية).
تشغيل الآلات الثقيلة ومعدات المصانع المتخصصة بدقة وعناية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تصنيع الأسمنت أو الطابوق أو البلاط المتداخل أو الـ AAC.
المرونة: الاستعداد التام للعمل بنظام المناوبات (الورديات).
المعرفة الفنية: معرفة جيدة بعمليات المصنع، إجراءات الصيانة، ومعايير السلامة.
أخلاقيات عمل قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق صناعي محترف.
