⚙️ Technical Assistant – Oil & Gas
We are hiring a Technical Assistant to join our team in the Oil & Gas industry, providing essential administrative and technical support to our Engineering and Operations departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize, maintain, and manage technical documents and reports
Coordinate effectively with Engineering and Operations teams
Track project schedules, progress updates, and daily activity logs
Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
Follow up on materials, vendor documentation, and procurement requests
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Visa 18 (Transferable) – Mandatory
