Experience: Minimum 2 years Gulf experience (Kuwait mandatory)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and provide accurate information with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain accurate records using CRM software
Update and manage customer data using Excel
Follow company policies and call center procedures
Achieve service quality and performance targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Gulf experience (must be in Kuwait)
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of Excel and CRM software
Visa 18 (Transferable)
Age below 35 years
Ability to join immediately
