Responsibilities
Architect/Civil Engineer: Oversee construction, interior, and exterior works ensuring high-quality finishes.
Interior Designer: Create stunning concepts, manage finishing works, and conduct precise quantity surveying.
Architectural Draftsman: Produce detailed 2D/3D technical drawings and manage project documentation.
Foreman: Lead on-site teams for construction and interior finishing to ensure timely project delivery.
Procurement Officer: Manage the supply chain, source construction materials, and handle supplier negotiations.
Requirements
Architect/Civil Engineer: 5–10 years of experience, valid driving license, and deep knowledge of Kuwait areas.
Interior Designer: 5–10 years of experience, expert in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Photoshop, 3D Max, and Quantity Surveying.
Architectural Draftsman: 10 years of experience with mastery in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, and Quantity Surveying.
General Foreman: 5–10 years of experience in construction/interiors, valid driving license, and knowledge of Kuwait areas.
Procurement Officer: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction procurement, valid driving license, and knowledge of Kuwait areas.

مصمم داخلي: ابتكار مفاهيم التصميم، إدارة أعمال التشطيب، وإجراء حساب كميات دقيق.
رسام معماري: إنتاج رسومات فنية تفصيلية (2D/3D) وإدارة وثائق المشروع التقنية.
مراقب عام: قيادة الفرق في الموقع لأعمال الإنشاءات والتشطيبات لضمان تسليم المشاريع في موعدها.
مسؤول مشتريات: إدارة سلسلة التوريد، شراء مواد البناء، والتفاوض مع الموردين بفعالية.
المتطلبات
مهندس معماري/مدني: خبرة 5-10 سنوات، رخصة قيادة سارية، ومعرفة تامة بمناطق الكويت.
مصمم داخلي: خبرة 5-10 سنوات، إتقان برامج (AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max) وحساب الكميات.
رسام معماري: خبرة 10 سنوات مع احتراف برامج الرسم الهندسي وحساب الكميات.
مراقب عام: خبرة 5-10 سنوات في الإنشاءات والتشطيبات، رخصة قيادة، ومعرفة بمناطق الكويت.
مسؤول مشتريات: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشتريات المقاولات، رخصة قيادة، ومعرفة بمناطق الكويت.
