NAI Food Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and manage our Food & Beverage Warehouse Operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse role (Food & Beverage preferred)
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes
Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, stock control, and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to implement operational improvements and ensure efficiency
Physically fit and ready for immediate joining in Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all warehouse operations and staff
Ensure accurate picking, packing, storage, and dispatch of goods
Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization
Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth workflow
Prepare reports on warehouse performance, issues, and improvements for management
