NAI Food Group is urgently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and oversee operations in our Food & Beverage Warehouse.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role (Food & Beverage preferred)
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics
Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, stock management, and safety standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth daily operations
Physically fit and ready for immediate joining in Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff
Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and warehouse organization
Enforce hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
Report performance, issues, and progress to management
