Business Development Executive (1 Vacancy)
Land Surveyor (1 Vacancy - Full Time / Part Time)
Responsibilities
Business Development Executive: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, gather client requirements, and manage professional communications. You will schedule and lead meetings with prospects, providing regular progress updates to the team.
Land Surveyor: Perform detailed surveys to establish legal boundaries and elevations using GPS and Total Station equipment. You will analyze blueprints, calculate daily production (starting/ending), and collaborate with engineers to ensure project accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
Business Development Executive: 2–4 years of proven experience in marketing and sales. Must have an energetic personality and be fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). Local hiring in Kuwait only.
Land Surveyor: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Kuwait or GCC. Candidates should be of Indian nationality with in-depth knowledge of GPS/Total Station. Must be able to work in various terrains and weather conditions.

المسؤوليات
تنفيذي تطوير أعمال: إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الفرص الجديدة، وجمع متطلبات العملاء، وإدارة التواصل المهني. ستتولى جدولة وقيادة الاجتماعات مع العملاء المحتملين، مع تقديم تحديثات منتظمة للفريق حول التقدم المحرز.
مساح أراضي: إجراء مسوحات دقيقة للأراضي لتحديد الحدود القانونية والارتفاعات باستخدام أجهزة GPS وTotal Station. ستتولى تحليل المخططات، وحساب الإنتاجية اليومية، والتعاون مع المهندسين لضمان دقة المشروع والامتثال لمعايير السلامة.
المتطلبات
تنفيذي تطوير أعمال: خبرة مثبتة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في التسويق والمبيعات. يجب أن يتمتع بشخصية حيوية وإجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (معرفة العربية ميزة إضافية). التوظيف محلي من داخل الكويت فقط.
مساح أراضي: شهادة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الكويت أو دول الخليج. يفضل أن يكون المتقدم من الجنسية الهندية مع معرفة عميقة بأجهزة GPS وTotal Station، والقدرة على العمل في مختلف التضاريس والظروف الجوية.
