Available Positions
Dispatcher
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of technicians and field service teams.
Assign tasks and work orders efficiently to ensure timely response to client requests.
Monitor real-time progress of field operations and adjust routes or schedules as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact between the office, field staff, and customers.
Maintain accurate logs of service calls, dispatch activities, and completed work orders.
Ensure all logistical movements align with company quality standards and timelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Dispatcher, preferably within the maintenance, HVAC, or engineering sectors in Kuwait.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Strong geographical knowledge of Kuwait’s areas and logistics routes.
Proficiency in using dispatch software and basic MS Office applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent service requests effectively.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
