Available Positions
Distribution Dispatcher (Logistics / Water Delivery)
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily dispatch of water delivery fleets across various routes.
Utilize advanced route and fleet tracking systems to monitor real-time delivery progress.
Optimize delivery schedules and routes to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Act as a central communication hub between drivers, warehouse operations, and customers.
Maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports for daily delivery operations.
Troubleshoot delivery delays or logistical challenges promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or delivery operations.
Proficiency in using route/fleet tracking software and GPS systems.
Strong knowledge of Kuwait's geography and major transit routes.
Ability to work effectively within the Water Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency (Article 18).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple delivery schedules simultaneously.

الوظائف المتاحة
موزع توزيع (الخدمات اللوجستية / توصيل المياه)
المسؤوليات
الإشراف على التوزيع اليومي لأسطول توصيل المياه وتنسيقه عبر المسارات المختلفة.
استخدام أنظمة تتبع المسارات والأساطيل المتقدمة لمراقبة تقدم عملية التوصيل في الوقت الفعلي.
تحسين جداول ومسارات التوصيل لضمان أقصى قدر من الكفاءة ورضا العملاء.
العمل كمركز اتصال رئيسي بين السائقين وعمليات المستودعات والعملاء.
الاحتفاظ بوثائق وتقارير لوجستية دقيقة لعمليات التوصيل اليومية.
معالجة تأخيرات التوصيل أو التحديات اللوجستية بشكل فوري ومهني.
المتطلبات
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية، إدارة الأساطيل، أو عمليات التوصيل.
إجادة استخدام برامج تتبع المسارات/الأساطيل وأنظمة GPS.
معرفة قوية بجغرافيا الكويت وطرق النقل الرئيسية.
القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن قطاع تصنيع المياه أو السلع الاستهلاكية (FMCG).
يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على إدارة جداول توصيل متعددة في وقت واحد.
