Professional Government Relations Specialist (Mandoob) Needed for Gastronomica Kuwait

If you are a seasoned expert in navigating Kuwait's ministry procedures and possess the local know-how to handle critical government relations, your skills will be the backbone of our operational success.

Available Positions

Mandoob (Government Relations Representative)

Responsibilities

Manage and process all types of business licenses and commercial permits with relevant authorities.
Oversee and execute residency renewals, visa processing, and all labor-related documentation.
Navigate and maintain strong relationships with various Kuwaiti ministries and government departments.
Ensure all company documentation is up-to-date and compliant with local laws and regulations.
Represent the company professionally during all external government-related interactions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Mandoob within Kuwait.
In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and all ministry electronic systems.
Strong familiarity with procedures for business licensing, civil IDs, and residency permits.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license and have a deep understanding of local logistics.

المسؤوليات

إدارة ومعالجة كافة أنواع التراخيص التجارية والتصاريح مع الجهات المختصة.
الإشراف على تنفيذ تجديدات الإقامة، وتأشيرات العمل، وكافة الوثائق المتعلقة بالهيئة العامة للقوى العاملة.
التعامل بفاعلية مع مختلف الوزارات والدوائر الحكومية الكويتية وبناء علاقات مهنية جيدة.
ضمان تحديث كافة وثائق الشركة وامتثالها للقوانين واللوائح المحلية المعمول بها.
تمثيل الشركة بشكل مهني خلال كافة التعاملات الخارجية المتعلقة بالجهات الحكومية.

المتطلبات

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمندوب داخل دولة الكويت.
معرفة عميقة بقانون العمل الكويتي وكافة الأنظمة الإلكترونية للوزارات.
إلمام تام بإجراءات التراخيص التجارية، والبطاقات المدنية، وتصاريح الإقامة.
مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة.
يجب امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية ومعرفة تامة بمناطق الكويت ومواقع الدوائر الحكومية.
