Responsibilities
Finance Manager: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management while providing critical performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Restaurant Manager: Lead daily operations, maintain peak service and hygiene standards, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and drive overall profitability.
Accountant: Manage financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, sales reconciliation, inventory accounting, and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
Requirements
General: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Finance Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred) with 3–4 years of hospitality-specific finance experience.
Restaurant Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field with 3–4 years of leadership experience and strong cost-control skills.
Accountant: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–4 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality sector and proficiency in MS Excel/accounting software.

المسؤوليات
المدير المالي: الإشراف على الميزانيات، والتنبؤ المالي، وإدارة التدفقات النقدية، وتقديم تحليلات الأداء لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
مدير المطعم: قيادة العمليات اليومية، والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الخدمة والنظافة، وضمان رضا الضيوف الاستثنائي، وتحقيق الربحية.
المحاسب: إدارة التقارير المالية، والحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، والرواتب، وتسوية المبيعات، ومحاسبة المخزون، وضمان الامتثال الرقابي.
المتطلبات
عام: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت حالياً.
المدير المالي: درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة (يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال) مع خبرة 3-4 سنوات في مالية قطاع الضيافة.
مدير المطعم: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة قيادية 3-4 سنوات ومهارات قوية في مراقبة التكاليف.
المحاسب: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية مع خبرة 3-4 سنوات في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو الضيافة، وإتقان برامج المحاسبة وإكسل.
